Angeli Maun Akey, M.D., FACP is a primary care Internal Medicine physician in Gainesville, FL. She is the medical director and owner of North Florida Integrative Medicine, PA and Ageless Medical Solutions, LLC. Dr. Akey graduated from the University Of Florida College Of Medicine with honors in 1993. She completed her post-graduate residency in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital in 1996 and a chief medical residency at the Hospital of St. Raphael, a Yale affiliated institution in 1997. She also served as a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Yale Medical School. Dr. Akey was recruited to start a Harvard affiliated preventative medicine program in Florida; and in 1997, she became the founding medical director of the Palm Beach Institute of Preventative Medicine. She was formerly a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University Of Florida College Of Medicine. Dr. Arden Andersen was raised on a dairy farm in Michigan, received his undergraduate degree in Agriculture from the University of Arizona, taught vocational agriculture at the high school level, and founded and ran his own agricultural consulting business for eight years while completing a Ph.D. in Ag/Biophysics. Before going to osteopathic medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, CA., he did a FP tracking internship in Muskegon, MI, residency in Occupational Medicine at U. So. Florida, and completed a Masters of Science in Public Health. He has continued a dual profession of farm management/soil/plant nutritional consulting and general family medicine(private practice)/flight medicine (USAFR) traveling over 100,000 miles per year from 1998 to 2008; authored numerous books, manuals, course DVD’s and CD’s; taught in 8 countries and 2 languages; consulted in 11 countries; given professional testimony/presentations in 3 countries. Okezie I. Aruoma, MBA, Ph.D., D.Sc., CChem., FRSC

Dr. Aruoma is Professor of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences and Associate Dean for Research and Global Affairs, and serves as the Chair of the Institution Review Board at the American University of Health Sciences. Prior to his current role, Dr. Aruoma was part of the leadership team to develop an innovative Doctor of Pharmacy program at Touro College of Pharmacy, New York and served as the first Chair of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Aruoma has authored numerous books and has had more than 150 papers published in high ranking scientific peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Aruoma has over 24 years of experience in pharmaceutical and biomedical research focused on food biofactors, oxidative stress mechanisms, antioxidant pharmacology and the pharmaceutical indications of food biofactors as prophylactic agents. His novel research and teaching endeavors are focused on promoting public health nutrition and management of diseases of overt inflammation (including diabetes and associated cardiovascular complications, Alzheimer’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis and cancer) and translational science embracing pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine. Dr. Aruoma received the 2012 Research and Publication Achievement Award from the Association of Black Health-Systems Pharmacists and is one of the recipients of the 2012 Fellows status in the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.


Susan C. Ball, M.D., M.P.H., M.S.

Dr. Susan Ball is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Associate Professor of Public Health at Weill Cornell Medical College and is the Assistant Director of the Bernbaum Unit of the Center for Special Studies at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Dr. Ball has been caring for patients with HIV for over twenty years and has written extensively on the topic, specifically as the Clinical Challenge Series editor for The AIDS Reader, a journal directed at clinicians caring for patients with HIV/AIDS. Dr. Ball has written and spoken on the topic of aging in the HIV population, contributing to the recent editions of “Our Bodies Ourselves” and “The Encyclopedia of Elder Care.”


Joseph Bosiljevac, M.D., Ph.D., FACS

Dr. Bosiljevac, a third generation Croatian, was born in Omaha in 1951 and lived in Nebraska for fourteen years. His parents moved to Emporia, KS where he attended high school and graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry. He attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine and was among the first class that spent clinical years at the Wichita branch. Graduating in the top ten percent of his class with his M.D. in 1975, he was selected for membership in the honorary society Alpha Omega Alpha. "Doctor Joe" spent one year at Charity Hospital in New Orleans in a rotating internship, then returned to Kansas and trained for five years in general, thoracic, and vascular surgery at Wesley Medical Center. Dr. Bosiljevac is board-certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He was in solo practice in Emporia, Kansas for thirty years with Flint Hills Surgical Associates, PA. During this time Dr. Bosiljevac had a special interest in carotid artery intervention in the prevention of stroke. Besides experience with more than 1000 carotid endarterectomies, he also became certified and had experience with carotid artery angioplasty and stenting. He has two board certifications in vascular sonography. A Ph.D. in Natural Medicine was achieved and he subsequently started a wellness practice and founded Flint Hills Natural Medicine with an emphasis on prolonging health and longevity. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Bosiljevac completed a fellowship in age management medicine and worked with Cenegenics Medical and Research Institute. He moved to New York City in 2010 and is currently a senior partner with Cenegenics NYC. He is a member of AMMG and the American College of Advancement in Medicine (ACAM) and is certified in chelation medicine. Besides multiple presentations at AMMG and other meetings, Dr. Joe has published more than 20 articles in peer-reviewed journals, the majority on vascular topics. He has also authored the book, “Surviving Cancer: The Use of Complementary and Alternative Methods in the Treatment of Breast Cancer.” He has four grown children, speaks fluent Spanish, is conversant in French, and is also learning some Portuguese, Chinese, and Korean.


Nathan S. Bryan, Ph.D.

Dr. Bryan earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and his doctoral degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Research. He pursued his post-doctoral training as a Kirschstein Fellow at Boston University School of Medicine in the Whitaker Cardiovascular Institute. After a two year post-doctoral fellowship, in 2006 Dr. Bryan was recruited to join faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston by Ferid Murad, M.D., Ph.D., 1998 Nobel Laureate in Medicine or Physiology. During his tenure as faculty and independent investigator at UT, his research focused on drug discovery through screening natural product libraries for active compounds. His nine years at UT led to several discoveries which have resulted in seven issued US patents and nine pending worldwide. He is also a successful entrepreneur who has commercialized his nitric oxide technology through the formation of Human, to the Power of N, Inc (formerly Neogenis Medical) where he is Co-founder and Chief Science Officer. Dr. Bryan has been involved in nitric oxide research for the past 16 years and has made many seminal discoveries in the field. Christopher Centeno, M.D.

C.B. Daniel, M.D.

Dr. Daniel graduated from Rhodes College and completed his medical degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He practiced general internal medicine for 35 years and was one of the founding partners of two multi-specialty medical practices. He was also the medical director of a long term care hospital for 10 years. He has extensive experience in and has done numerous lectures on hospital DRG coding and physician documentation. In 2007, Dr. Daniel completed his certification and fellowship in age management medicine through the Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation. He has lectured on various topics in medicine, nationally and internationally. Past president of the American Nutraceutical Association and in 2010 was the recipient of the Alan P. Earl H. Eye, M.D., FACCP

Dr. Earl Eye graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University and completed his training at the University of Florida-Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Eye is board certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Infectious Diseases, and Pulmonary Medicine, and is AMA certified in Age Management Medicine. He has particular expertise in hormone optimization, nutraceuticals and proper dietary habits. Martin Finkel, M.D.

The son of Polish immigrants, Dr. Martin Finkel was born in New York City in 1930. He received his M.D. degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1956 and went on to perform his internship at Albert Einstein School of Medicine and residency in internal medicine at Bronx VA Hospital, with a fellowship in gastroenterology at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Finkel was an NIH Fellow in gastroenterology. After serving as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force medical office and chief of the gastroenterology service at Wilford Hall U.S. Air Force Hospital in San Antonio, TX, Dr. Finkel returned to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he rose to Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine. In private practice until 2006, Dr. Finkel developed Meniere's Syndrome in 2007 with the triad of symptoms, resulting in a cochlear implant in 2011. Since that experience he has been keenly aware of the systemic effects of hearing loss. Dr. Finkel presented a paper to the American Academy of Audiology in 2012 on the subject of medical aspects of hearing loss, is a member of the Hearing Loss Association of America and has been an advocate for hearing well-being.


Scott Fogle, N.D.

Dr. Life is the 2007 recipient of the first AMMG Alan P. Mintz, M.D. Award for Clinical Excellence in Age Management Medicine. He was the former Chief Medical Officer at Cenegenics Medical Institute and ended his association with Cenegenics on March 1, 2014. Dr. Life is board-certified in family medicine and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Iowa, Dr. Life completed his residency in family medicine and internal medicine at West Virginia University. He also attained a Ph.D. in environmental sciences and health at The University of Michigan. During his career he was a full-time family physician and a part-time Assistant Professor at Marywood University in Pennsylvania, teaching graduate courses in nutritional science and exercise physiology.
