Incorporating Nutrition and Fitness Programs into your Practice
Fitness and Nutrition are universal components in aging and quality of life, and are the cornerstone of Age Management Medicine which advocates patient treatment incorporating optimum nutrition plans and appropriate fitness programs resulting it Healthy Aging. This program is designed to instruct physicians and healthcare professionals on the best clinical methods to evaluate patients and incorporate appropriate nutrition and fitness protocols into any clinical practice, particularly those focusing on Age Management Medicine. Faculty have been asked to provide a perspective that includes clinical practices which both have state of the art equipment and those which might only have basic clinical components for patient evaluations and implementation.

Regenerative medicine has finally arrived. Physicians in the US and other countries are just beginning to deploy platelet derived growth factors and cultured adult stem cells every day. This track will focus on the latest developments in adult stem cells with speakers who are using these technologies as part of their practices and research. The International Cellular Medicine Society is a group devoted to providing Clinical and Laboratory guidelines to allow physicians to practice cellular medicine using the patient’s own adult stem cells. In addition, ICMS has also created a tracking registry to allow practices to share outcomes and complications data.
