Thomas Alexander, M.D.
Director of Clinical Support Services, Cyrex Laboratories, Phoenix, AZ

Dr. Thomas Alexander earned his M.D. degree and fulfilled his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 1998. Following a ten month Endocrinology Fellowship he joined a medical practice in Butler, Missouri and held various posts at Bates County Hospital including Chief of Staff, Medical Director of CCU, Medical Director of Respiratory Care, and Medical Director of Hospice. He has practiced both inpatient and outpatient medicine in addition to about 1500 hours of shifts at the Emergency Department. Dr. Alexander joined the clinic of Dr. Jonathan Wright in Seattle in 2004. He subsequently moved to the Phoenix area in 2007 where he opened his private practice and continues to work as a Hospitalist at Scottsdale Shea Hospital. He has lectured both to his peers and to the general public on HPA dysfunction, insulin resistance and diabetes and has particular interests in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders, diabetes, HPA dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, and gastrointestinal disorders. Dr. Alexander is board certified in Internal Medicine.


Louis J. Aronne, M.D., FACP

Louis J. Aronne, M.D., FACP is a leading authority on obesity and its treatment. He is the Sanford I. Weill Professor of Metabolic Research at Weill-Cornell Medical College where he directs the Center for Weight Management and Metabolic Clinical Research. He has an adjunct Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine appointment at Columbia University. Dr. Aronne is Founder and CEO of BMIQ, a cloud-based weight management system that is delivered by health care providers to their patients during office visits. Dr. Aronne graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College with a BS in biochemistry and from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by a Kaiser Foundation Fellowship at Weill-Cornell. He is a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. Dr. Aronne is former president of the Obesity Society and Vice Chairman of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He has authored more than 60 papers and book chapters on obesity and edited the NIH Guide to the Identification, Evaluation, and Treatment of Overweight and Obesity. He served as a consultant in the development of the Veterans Administration MOVE program, the nation’s largest medically based weight control program. Dr. Aronne has won several awards for medical teaching.


Joseph Bosiljevac, M.D., Ph.D., FACS

Dr. Bosiljevac, a third generation Croatian, was born in Omaha in 1951 and lived in Nebraska for fourteen years. His parents moved to Emporia, KS where he attended high school and graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry. He attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine and was among the first class that spent clinical years at the Wichita branch. Graduating in the top ten percent of his class with his M.D. in 1975, he was selected for membership in the honorary society Alpha Omega Alpha. "Doctor Joe" spent one year at Charity Hospital in New Orleans in a rotating internship, then returned to Kansas and trained for five years in general, thoracic, and vascular surgery at Wesley Medical Center. Dr. Bosiljevac is board-certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He was in solo practice in Emporia, Kansas for thirty years with Flint Hills Surgical Associates, PA. During this time Dr. Bosiljevac had a special interest in carotid artery intervention in the prevention of stroke. Besides experience with more than 1000 carotid endarterectomies, he also became certified and had experience with carotid artery angioplasty and stenting. He has two board certifications in vascular sonography. A Ph.D. in Natural Medicine was achieved and he subsequently started a wellness practice and founded Flint Hills Natural Medicine with an emphasis on prolonging health and longevity. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Bosiljevac completed a fellowship in age management medicine and worked with Cenegenics Medical and Research Institute. He moved to New York City in 2010 and is currently a senior partner with Cenegenics NYC. He is a member of AMMG and the American College of Advancement in Medicine (ACAM) and is certified in chelation medicine. Besides multiple presentations at AMMG and other meetings, Dr. Joe has published more than 20 articles in peer-reviewed journals, the majority on vascular topics. He has also authored the book, “Surviving Cancer: The Use of Complementary and Alternative Methods in the Treatment of Breast Cancer.” He has four grown children, speaks fluent Spanish, is conversant in French, and is also learning some Portuguese, Chinese, and Korean.

Ellie W. Campbell, D.O.

Dr. Campbell was born in suburban Chicago and attended college at the University of Illinois, earning both a BS and MS in biology. From there, she graduated from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. For thirteen years, Dr. Campbell served the indigent as a practicing physician and medical director of a federally funded Community Health Center. Christopher Centeno, M.D.

Christopher J. Centeno, M.D. is an international expert and specialist in regenerative medicine and the clinical use of mesenchymal stem cells in orthopedics. Kristin Comella

Ms. Kristin C. Comella, M.S. has over 15 years of experience in corporate entities with expertise in regenerative medicine, training and education, research, product development and senior management. Ms. Comella debuted as the 24th most influential stem cell expert globally by the World Regenerative Medicine Congress of 2013. John K. Crisler, D.O.

“Dr. John” Crisler is an Osteopathic Physician located in Lansing, MI. C.B. Daniel, M.D.

Dr. Daniel graduated from Rhodes College and completed his medical degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He practiced general internal medicine for 35 years and was one of the founding partners of two multi-specialty medical practices. He was also the medical director of a long term care hospital for 10 years. He has extensive experience in and has done numerous lectures on hospital DRG coding and physician documentation. In 2007, Dr. Daniel completed his certification and fellowship in age management medicine through the Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation. After several years of affiliation with the Cenegenics Medical Institute, Dr. Daniel moved his age management medical practice from Memphis, TN to Scottsdale, AZ in October of 2011 and opened the Cenegenics Phoenix Medical Institute in partnership with Cenegenics. Originally residency trained and board certified in Family Medicine (1984), Dr. Mark L. Gordon continued his medical education in Clinical Orthopedics (1990), Cosmetic Dermatology (1993), and Sports Medicine (1995) prior to culminating in Interventional Endocrinology (1997) – a term which he coined in 2003. In 2005, Dr. Gordon received his exempt Pharmacist license from the State of California. After 15 years as a general consultant to the Medial Board of California, he was enlisted as a consultant in Endocrinology, Internal Medicine and Alternative medicine in 2015. Dr. Gordon has been a strong advocate of preventive medicine through the optimization of neuroactive and neurosteroids. He was instrumental in increasing the recognition of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a cause of hormonal deficiency in the hallmarked presentation on ESPN's Outside the Lines (2007). His first book, The Clinical Application of Interventional Endocrinology (2008), is recognized by his peers as a dissertation on the standards of care and assessment for Hormone Replacement Medicine. Dr. Hariri is considered a visionary serial entrepreneur in biomedicine and aerospace. The Chairman, Founder andformer Chief Executive Officer of one of the world's largest human cellular therapeutics companies, Dr. Hariri has pioneered the use of stem cells and biomaterials to treat a range of life threatening diseases. His activities and experience includes academic neurosurgeon at Cornell, executive, military and defense scientist, surgeon and aviator and aerospace innovator. John Jaquish, Ph.D.

John Jaquish is the Chief Science & Technology Officer of Performance Health Systems, LLC ("PHS"), manufacturer and worldwide distributor of bioDensity™ and Power Plate® branded advanced technology solutions for health, wellness, exercise, and rehabilitation. John is the inventor of both the bioDensity™ system and its Application Service Provider network functionality and is fast becoming one of the world's leading experts in "whole body vibration" research and application. David S. Klein, M.D., FACA, FACPM

David S. Klein was born in Washington, DC, and was raised in Chevy Chase, MD. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland with degrees in Chemistry and Psychology. Medical School was completed at the University of Maryland at Baltimore, followed by Internship in General Surgery at the University of North Carolina and Residency in Anesthesiology at Duke University, Durham, NC. Dr. Klein has been practicing medicine since 1983, concentrating in Pain Medicine, Minimally Invasive Medicine and Surgery, and Neuroendocrinology. Earning Board Certification in Anesthesiology, Dr. Klein was elected Fellow in the American College of Anesthesiology, and he was elected Fellow in the American College of Pain Medicine.
